Is my server a workstation?

I could have an ftp server with domain controller.

Is this a workstation?

I think not but tell me what you qualified techies think.

to be a DC its running server software and its an FTP SERVER so technically its a server

a workstation is usually a very very powerful computer.
for the most part it will have dual physical processors and massive graphics processing (for imaging).
plus, workstations tend to be a single purpose machine.
