Looks ok, I know most people advise spending $50 to $60 on a PSU, but the make is pretty good, the wattage is enough. Maybe go for a bit more power incase you want to upgrade video cards later on?
Just don't sacrifice quality for the amount of watts.

My opinion is that's gonna be fine though

Yea, you should be fine with that PSU. 430 is a good amount of wattage and it puts out a strong 18A on the +12v rail.
