Is Hp like Dell?

I heard Dell doesn't make standard parts for their motherboards (Power Supply ) and I want to know does Hp do the same? Any input would be very helpful

Hp is a homosexual company that makes everything customized for THEIR computers which makes it difficult to upgrade them. On my old HP I wasn't allowed to change the power supply so I was stuck with a 150 watt. lol.
