I use Opera browsers free VPN...no clue how good it actually works but there it is. I have no real need to use a VPN, never an issue.

Of course it's a good VPN. And the price is rather low. It's a good VPN. But I must say, it has a problem. sometimes it lags when you try to connect it. It's not that often but it happens.

The thing to consider about VPN is not necessarily the performance but their privacy policies . If you just want to get around geo locks then they are all fine but some ****ty VPNs might track your usage data and collect information on you. So if your using a VPN for the privacy element you may want to read into what they do with your traffic and how they keep you anonymous. Also as said above consider how you pay etc..
