irritating keyboard problem

ok so I have an acer laptop. just bought it about a month ago. its the acer aspire 3500. i installed windows and got all my apps installed. so everything was going great until i noticed that when i type i cant type a series of characters. like p,, { }, ;, ",>, and ? dont type. but sometimes if i hit the spacebar a few times and i go back and try it again, they work.

i called the manufacturer and they sent a fedex guy out and they picked up my laptop. they said they will fix it for free, and that it was a faulty keyboard. so i just got it back and its doing the same exact thing! so what am i suppose to do? what do you think it is? and suggestions?

is there a disk with drivers on it? Sounds like a driver issue.

yea instsalled them all. ok for the sake of it all, heres the list of drivers:

anything related to the keyboard is only the touchpad driver... so i dont know what to do next...
