At the company I work, we have made templates for letters and such. The old templates we had, used to print to headed paper for letters, and blank paper for internal documents. the new templates now seem to only print to blank paper, and you have to select headed paper from the printer settings (Some people are now complaining that they can't even do that). I know this is a trivial problem but people just keep complaining about this!
Any ideas?
BTW - Headed paper is always kept on tray 2. This is in Word 2003 and the templates were made in Word 2003. I have set the templates to print from tray 2 in the settings in word, but still no go
