ok my mom is going bulastic becuz her ipod is frozen we have tried every thing .... nothing works she has the 20gb one like the hole ipod is locked up it wont turn off or any thing and it wont reset

Did you try doing the reset thing? That is, holding the menu and select (white circle button) down simultaneously for a while, and it shuts off?

EDIT:My dad fixed it omfg in like 2 seconds ok all he did was hold down the big white button and the menu which is what i did but for some reason it didnt work for me
