Iphone trouble

Apple store isn't too far from here. Ill go there and see whats up. I have had the phone for about a year, not even so i should have the warranty on it still.

Yeah, I believe Apple provides a 1 year warranty on everything now.

It's not refurbished, is it?

Nope i bought it new, i think it was end of august of 2008. It's the 3g.

Then they will probably look at it, then just get you a new one. Apple is very good about this kind of stuff.

Should i back up my iphone to my computer so when i get a new one i can copy all my crap over to it?

I would, but i think they will do itt for you.

But back it up anyway in case they miss anything, or something.

Ok, i hate how my contacts don't save to the sim on here.

When you go to the apple store, just ask and they will back them up for you.

You might need to make a genius bar appointment though.

Ok, thank you so much for your help. I went to add rep but i already gave you some the other day haha.

I went to the apple store today and they gave me a new iPhone since it was under warranty. I had dropped it a bunch and it was cracked so i was glad to have a new one.
