If the logic board is broken in half. Could I get another iPhone same model and put the memory half in with the good iPhone board and get data back.

Most likely not. You would need to perform lots of surgical soldering to connect the memory to the 2nd phone. If the memory is socketed it might be possible to swap the memory modules and recover the data but otherwise you'd most likely need to desolder the memory modules from each phone then swap in the one you wish to recover and solder it back in. I'm not 100% sure that would even work.
