Ip address issue on wireless

Hi I am trying to use my wireless at work but one of the laptops for some reason is fine on the LAN but when i go on wireless i can not do anything even though it says connected

A quick IP config shows me the following

Any idea what this means

have you manually set an ip and stuff in your wireless properties? (network connections>right click your wireless, go to properties, then tcp/ip settings. if you have then its best to set it to automatic then it will obtain the settings from dhcp, which should be on
