Invalid ip

I have a pc that will not let me connect to the Internet is will not allow me to repair the connection I have done the ipconfig cmd I have also tried to reset the winsock I have even replaced the network card still invalid ip address cannot renew your ip address any help

By ipconfig cmd you mean ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew?

Try switching off and unplugging your router for a few minuets then plugging everything back in and turning it back on.

Whenever you can't connect to the internet there are always 2 questions. Is it my network causing the problem or is it the ISP? Sometimes your internet will go out it will be because the connection to the ISP lost connection. Do you know if it is your network that is causing the problem? Have you called your ISP?
