My computer is running Windows XP Prof 2002 SP3

I have have had similar problems as well and so has my dad at his work. The internet itself has been having problems lately for whatever reason. Today the internet doesn't seems to be having any problems!

My opinion - try to connect using different cable (if ur network is wireless, try to switch it off, and then connect through cable)
Let me know the result

Jarlmaster. The Internet Itself, Doesnt have problems You have problems. You have no idea what the internet even is, Maybe you should read up on some book's before posting and actually post something that will help him, Stop worrying about your post count and give genuine help.

Maltik, In the Diagnose. It repeadtly give's reading's of wireless disabled and network connection lost and cannot find network. If you are running on wireless, Unplug your Router for 10 seconds, then plug it back in then refresh your wireless and see if it works. If you are on Wired, See if there are any puncture's in your wire or if they are near any kind of electrical cables.

If you still have problems after that and you are on Wireless, Try re-installing your wireless adapters driver's or the wireless drivers on your computer, Also try Disabling your WAN / LAN and wait about 30 Seconds to 1 Minute then re-enable and refresh. Another thing you could do is open up the Repair by going into Network Connections, Right clicking on your active connection and pressing repair, Most of the time's it's just a problem with your computer not reading your IP correctly. One last thing, Have you played around with any of your internet settings? If so, that might of caused problem's for your computer, If you know what you changed, try changing it back, If not do a default reset of the settings in the option's in the IE Explorer or whatever Browser you are using.

EDIT: I missed something in your readings, It repeadtly mentions your IP address being read unvalidly. And your DNS not working correctly. Go Into Start Menu, Search Up Cmd and open it up. Type in Ipconfig /renew That should fix your problem, If the other one's do not.. And Which ISP are you using? If you are using Rogers, I have a couple DNS address's I can send you that will speed up your internet signaficantly and most likley fix your problem's if it has anything to do with DNS.

Nice reply Jake, thats exactly what needs to be done. I had this occur at my work place. We have 21 PC's on the network, and three were not able to access the internet, or the connection was incredibly slow. I went into connection, and disabled for a minute, and enabled it again. Once it authenticated, it was working. I happen to do that every few weeks to refresh all of the connections, and we have not had one error since.

Ah, Thank You.

I'm glad I was able to help. There alway's seem's to be a problem with the knew operating system's latley and some of the old ones, They did something wrong with programing the Networking TCP/IP and it'll go out randomly some time's if you dont renew it yourself, Do you refresh all your computers manually? If so, Just create a Cmd Batch and all you do, is do a network boot-up of all the computers (create a cmd batch for that) then just open up the Cmd batch and it'll automatically renew everything on its own. I have a batch that I coded to renew the network every day at 3 am :p

None of that helped, I tried releasing/renewing IPs, without help. The only thing that does help is xpnetdiag.

heres a new one if its any difference:
