Internet problems using bitlord

When I'm using Bitlord for downloads I lose my internet connection about every 2 hours. When I unplug my router (linksys wrt54g) and plug it in again the connection is good for 2 hours then I'm offline. Have a cable modem for internet access and I have a wireless router provide wireless access to my desktop computers (3). Anyone have suggestions?

what programs are you useing to run the router? a program that came with it or just plain old windows.

Sometimes these two can be running at the same time and confusse each other.

I'm using the router's program which is accessed using internet explorer. I've tried openning different ports but I still get disconnected. The only time that I don't get disconnected is when I'm not using bitlord.

maybe but my neighbor has the same internet access and he's using bitlord and doesn't have a problem since is enabled port 1720. I tried it and it didn't change anyhting.

ok, and is it throughout the whole day? or just in the evening, day, night?

Whenever I'm downloading files with bitlord....if bitlord isn't running then i don't get disconnected.
