Internal Error Message

Can someone pleese tell me what the hell this means?
i get a box everytime i log on saying-

INTERNAL ERROR
Your windows has been running for 0h 2m 23s.
Microsoft dosent allow a windows system to run longer than that.
thats why your computer will now crash.

Is this adware or sumthing as it does not crash when i click on the x on that box?

Oh god, from the way I read it, looks like spam or popup got on your drive. Get rid of it by doing some scans with your antispyware program (Ad-Aware or SPybot Search and Destroy--it's free to download). Scan for viruses too just in case.

Thanks ive already done that and they didnt detect anything

Try deleting your cookies, removing all temporary internet files.

Try downloading "Hijack This!" its a small program that allows you to view and delete start up enntries in the registry as this sounds like a program running at start up. be careful what you delete though!
