Installting Dvd RW

I have a Acer Aspire 3004wlci and I bought a NEC dvd burner for it but I cant even see how to get the other one out it's so frustrating I took every single screw out and looked where I could under the cover and can't figure anything out. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Make sure the cables are unplugged and give it a little bash from the front, it should soon pop out. It shouldnt make any damage if you put your hand behind it.
