Installing I.E7 beta 3

ok had problems installing it on my old machine but eventually i did something and got it installed but now ive got my new pc(see sig) and i get exactly the same error message when trying to download it, just says couldnt finish install, reset your pc etc.

How do i get the stupid thing to install? as i said its a new pc so it doesnt have any of the old betas installed, just I.E 6.

Try booting into safe mode with networking and installing it that way.
