...and power supply, ram, sound and video cards. I heard that I may need to reinstall the OS. I hope they are wrong. Does anything have to change on my HD when I install my mobo?

Oh and I'm making my computer a gaming monster. Is 350W power suply ok or should I get more?

Yeah, 350 should do fine. More can't hurt though, only less ;P

And yes, you tipically have to reload your OS when you upgrade. You could try and load it, but XP and 2000 tends to get all screwy when there are major hardware changes. Now if you're running 98, you should be fine ;)

For a Major Hardware Change like that you'd want to reinstall your Operating System. Likely it wouldn't work, but even if it did reinstalling would make it cleaner, smoother, and easier generally for you.

I totally agree with Kalthorn there. So many people like to just copy their harddrives when they swap them and such, but it's amazing how much faster a computer would go after a fresh install of windows!
