cisvc.exe
What is Cisvc.exe and why does it slow down my computer - TECH.BLORGE.com
Windows is probably rebuilding search indexes. Ironically, desktop search engines, and even the built-in Windows search indexer are meant to speed up searches, while slowing you down overall because of the constant building/updating of indexes.
I don't see malware, but i could be wrong. Maybe cleaning the virus deleted your indexes? If so, when Windows is finished rebuilding, it should settle down.

Just my opinion... you shouldn't have more than one anitvirus application installed and active, and no more than one spyware/malware application. Some applications do both, so the right application can be all it takes. Antivirus applications like to act like an internal process firewall that sifts everything that happens. With several protectors, you're sifting every process multiple times and running the CPU ragged. If you have only one anitvrus application, and you run Sysinternals Procmon, you'll see tons of antivirus activity, even when you're not doing anything. Multiply that by every product you have "protecting" you. As far as performance goes, the protection can be worse than the threat.
And unfortunately, no antivirus application can completely protect you. There's still only about a 50/50 chance that it will win against a virus. The best thing AV does is give a last dieing shout, "DreadWorm32 has attacked me!" so that you can search for manual cleaning instructions for the specific threat.

JeffO while your opinion is welcome for obvious reasons we only ask security team members and the OP post in threads like this, I won't delete it as it has some valuable information but until you are better known or join the security team can you please not post in a thread like this.

Jeff,

Thank you for taking the time to reply to me...I do only run 1 AV and thats AVG...but I do have a few spyware programs installed.....I will take your advice
and remove all but Malwarebytes and see if that helps me.

Log seems ok to me, but still wait on Osiris's reply.

Also you should update your AV to AVG 9 or use MSE if you can, either helps. Also have you tried to defrag your PC, it might help the slowness and also clean it up (like open it and clean it up from dust and stuff). Lastly you should run Chkdsk to make sure your HDD isn't going down.

Oh and lastly, when you say the PC was crashing on you, have you gotten any BSODs or errors of any sort?
