Inexpensive motherboard for a SINGLE Opteron cpu?

Hi. I'm in the market to build a new computer, but I'm having a little trouble with something.

I've chosen the processor I want to buy, an AMD Opteron 148 Venus. It's the best one I can find in my price range ($200).

Now comes the tricky part. Finding a motherboard that will support this chip by itself, even if it requires a bios update to do so.

I'm trying not to spend more than $150 on the board. The only ones I can find are extremely expensive, and/or are designed for multiple processors.

Anyone have any ideas?

Someone referred me to this board:

Its compatible with Opteron processors, but only with a bios update. The price is good too. However, the reviews are pretty dodgy on it. Lots of audio and video problems/failures, etc.

Anyone know of a GOOD board that will work with a single Opteron cpu?

Thanks

I didn't see an edit button so I had to post a reply...

I'm starting to think any motherboard that supports AMD x2 processors supports Opteron, is that true?

Oh great, NOW the edit button appears. LOL. (it was missing before, sorry for the bump)
