A friend of mine uses IncrediMail. I'm trying to help with a problem he started encountering. When he tries to open incredimail, he gets this error:
INCMAIL caused an invalid page fault in

Could someone tell me what could have caused this? and how to fix it?
He doesn't want to have to uninstall it, because he will lose all his stationary that he has collected up.
He's running Win 98, restart doesn't fix it. Apparently, this all started when he upgraded some "Bible Pro" software with Microsoft Universal Data Access 'MDAC' components.
I don't know squat about IncrediMail personally, and I am getting nothing off of Google. Could someone give me a little help here? Thanks in advance for the help!
