hello learned friends, any software that i can use to track a stolen /lost phone using its IMEI.?

Call your cellular carrier? About the best they can do, is work with your local police possibly.

Alternatively, most phones, if you sign into the Apple or Google account associated with it, can be tracked if you log into the account at the appropriate website.
