I recently posted a message asking for help. due to boot disc being possibly corrupt. I have reloaded windows xp pro onto a new hard drive but now find i that when i scroll photos and browse galleries that the picture is reforming visible below as i scroll, it didnt occur before but am lost as to stop this problem occuring.
I have also installed the old drive as a slave in a bid to retrieve lost information. one partition is completly visible and some from the other but there seems to be my documents missing which contained the info which i was after retrieving, when i check the disc space it is stating as it did before with the same amount of disc space but somewhere 13 gigs of photo's are missing. Can these be viewed or are they lost for good?
All help will be gratefully recieved.
