IE problem - xupiter

hiya.. always when a site is offline or I have mistaked the a site's adress, I'm being redirected to: http://www.xupiter.com/search2error2.html except getting the general 'can't find site', or such, error from IE..
anyone knows why it happened and how can I undo this redirection??

Scumware

xupiter is scumware
Heres the removal instructions:

I suggest removing it ASAP it will totally F@#* up your computer, I know i once had it
