So I'm going to start saving and build a beast of a computer. Question im wondering is could i use Stock Heatsinkif im not going to OC

Since it's a beast of a computer, and you probably want it to be cool and quiet. It won't cost hardly anything to toss on a CooleMaster Hyper 212 EVO, and greatly reduce noise, temperature, and overall it will look a lot nicer.

But yeah since you're not overclocking, there's no reason to watercool at all. Hope this helped, and have a wonderful day. Bye!
