i7-4770k vs i7-4770

Thanks.. It says its .1 GHz difference but I don't think it matters for rendering. To be honest this might sound stupid but I'm nervous to overclock because I need my next build to last for 5 years (which is far fetched) and I'm afraid I'll burn it down :)

I'm thinking about getting this rig for video editing. Your opinions?

I'm looking to buy this tomorrow and had some questions.

How do you think this will perform as a video editing rig and what do you think of the hardware selections? Any input would be great. I'm hoping to get 4 years out of this PC with minimal problems. I will be playing some games but it's mainly for video editing. I don't want to overclock because I don't see the need for it so getting the i7-4770K instead would be a waste right?

I would go 16 gigs on the ram. Video editing takes up some ram. Corsair has some killer deals on 16 gig kits.
Other than that looks ok.
