I want to optimize my smartphone

Ok, so if I want to make cheap smart watch(I don't plan on spending over $50) where could I get materials and how could I get my phones notifications and calls to sync up to it? If trying to stay within a $50 budget seems unreasonable, then it'd probably make more sense to just buy one of the (already made) cheaper smart watches. It would really help to save time so that I don't have to pull out my phone every time I get a call or notification.

Your best bet would probably be to buy one of the now defunct Pebble smartwatches. They can be had for less than $50 now and then
