there is a missing person's search going on in my community, i need help, I need a map with detailed roads around the area i've tried the online maps but when i zoom out i lose the specific roads, is there another place i could go online, our stores around here quit selling maps of our area which is totally ****ed up.

What about the Public Library? They should still have Atlas's in there. then just use the copy machine for 10 cents and make copies.
