I need Help with keyboard/mouse problem.

not sure,i use the touchpad to scroll,its FN and F12 to activate/deactivate but i dont know when its on or off lol.

I cant seem to find anything to do what you need, so try switching the scroll lock if you havent yet.
Also, just making sure, have you rebooted your pc since this started?

yeh i turn it off all the time because its a laptop lol.when i press scroll lock nothing seems to change.Thanks for your time and help though.
