I need help fast

Ok so i need to burn a movie i made onto a disk and nero isn't working cause it says its burning the disk but my cd rom drive light doesn't flash and i ejected the disk and it still burns the video.

What is wrong?

I downloaded deepburner and it fixed everything.

i just e-mailed nero cause i've had this problem for years and i really needed to get that video on a disk so i can make money.
