Most of you probably already know about this firmware (thanks to DJ-Chris for telling me about it) but if you don't, you definitely need to get it for your router, provided your router is supported.
I installed it and configured my router to act as a wireless repeater and now instead of getting poor-fair signal strength (<30%) and dropped connections every 10 seconds, I get 4/5 bars and the connection actually goes as fast as it goes when I'm next to the first access point... all with a Linksys WRT54GL.
Anyone else use DD-WRT?
