nice one, try to eat less, dont eat till your full, eat till your not hungry, seriously... trust me i did that and without even excersing i lost 45 pounds in a month and a week. went from 265 to 220
but then again i have a fast motabalism and i never get hungry so yeah i eat one small meal a day or so just cuz i dont get hungry =\ wont recommend that though cuz it might be unhealthy haha
