Yeah, I am not happy with Comcast's support either. My TV signal has been crappy for months, and they have been out here to try and fix it 4+ times. Plus whenever something is wrong they blame it on our equipment instead of admitting that it is their fault.

****, my equipment, thare equipment. iIts redicilious. My favorite is when they accused me of stealing cable when i splt our anal;og to our tv card, when we pay for the 2 digital plan, and we only have 1 digital. Unlimited analog is included, so i am ****ed about that

for connection problems you should call them,not use a chat room.
they will ask you to power down the modem.
75% of support calls are for crap like email.thats why they have the chat room.

Atlantic broadband is even worse. They stole a drop amp from my house and the signal is so horrible its not even funny.

They also block anything that uses a lot of bandwidth on their internet.
