I bought a athlon xp 2400+

It comes with a heatsink, thermal pad and fan. The thermal pad is already stuck to the heatsink. Should I remove the thermal pad and put thermal paste? BTW, I wil not be OC'ing. And also if I should put thermal paste on it do you have a link to a guide for me thx.

If your going to get Arcitc silver 5, it may be cheaper somewere that pricess it for free shipping like Zipzoomfly.com or Newegg.com , because shipping kills on small items lots of times. unless you buy it with other items.
