I have a HP photosmart 5510 and when I print with the media setting set to "Plain paper" the black ink is faded (as grey), HOWEVER when I change the media to "Photo paper" the black ink is fine and correct.
How can I fix this issue? Is it a driver issue? I have installed the lastest driver.. on google alot of people have this issue but noone figured out.
UDATE: I just read (tell me if im wrong) that by changing the media to "photo paper" it doesnt actauuly use the black, its creates the black ink with all the other colours.. I read I just need to clear the printhead with air using a syringe.. So I blow air through the print head but still no different.
