hp mini 2133 BIOS error code=FFFF or D100

Hi,I have hp mini laptop that doesn't boot to windows,on windows loading process it'll show blue screen error and restart continuously,I was thinking if it was the OS,but it wasn't. I don't know if any body have any idea how to flash back the BIOS IC. Thanks.

What makes you think it's the BIOS?

Because it always shows UNKNOWN BIOS ERROR CODE:FFFF or D100. It doesn't boot to windows or what do you think.

Try resetting the BIOS to default settings. I've never seen a BIOS chip go bad, unless someone tried to reflash it improperly.

I've done that already,I was thinking it was hardware problem,

It sounds like a hardware issue. I would run Memtest to check the memory.
