How to uninstall a language pack

It's not your ordinary language pack. It's this:

I was brought there by a site from my Japanese textbook. It turned out that I didn't need the pack. It's been messing up my keyboard from time to time, but typing numbers for letters. I did a system restore, but that didn't work. The site says it can't be uninstalled, but I thought maybe there was a way to manually do it..

I have Windows 7.

go to word, excel or any other office program.
click files, select options/settings, select language, choose Japanese and hit remove.
this is how you do it in office 2010, i am sure it is the same or almost the same thing in whatever version you are using.
