Right i can do it manually as i said but i want it to be in a program and if carnagex helps out it would be very awesome as he did before. so carnagex The operating system is WIndows 7 and the laptop is running windows 7 i might have done the scripting wrong.
"make a service/script that detects when the Power State flag switches from AC (plugged in) to battery power. Then you can just invoke the shutdown command with like a 30 second timer in case you want to cancel it" That IS EXACTLY what i looked for man as always you're helpful as hell and i'm glad that i found this forum!
