How to increase Adsense revenue by using a script/bot?

One of my friends has a website with AdSense enabled. Normally he earns more than 1000USD per month through that website. He told me that he is using a script or a bot like a thing to get web traffic, every time I ask for that script he refuses to give it to me. So if anyone knows about this method? As you know I have some questions

1) Is it safe to use such a method? that means does it affect banning my Adsense account.
2) How can i get such a script/bot?

Any bot/spamming method that aims to cheat money out of adsense (i.e., YouTube, blogs, etc) once caught will definitely land you on a blacklist. Just look for legitimate ways of earning money online.
