How to change your bit rate?

I want to change my bitrate to half which is 128 so I can have more space on my mp3 player. So far I have 11 GB of music and I want to change it to all of them at once.

You will need to use software, so copy all your music to your computer and open it all in Windows Media Player, for example. Then re-encode it at 128.
