What display driver issue are you referring to? If it's got a problem you're going to have a tough time trying to get rid of it.

Display driver stopped responding and has recovered i can be watching a video on youtube and the screen will freeze and blink then i need to restart the video that i am watching it has windows 7 and it is a amd display driver

Sounds like a simple case of over heating. Instead of trying to palm the problem off on some one else, take it to a shop and let them clean it real good.

Sounds like the fan might not be cooling your gpu chip. Can of dust off with straw (not upside down) and blow the dust out. Then try again. I would trade you a GTS 450 for it.
