even if I repeatedly open and close both
IE always up first even when I click firefox then IE icon IE still loads noticeably faster
desktop is fast enough I have no problem with speed or lag on this one( in my sig)

I used to own a Q8300, I wouldn't say it's fast at all, and you have to use the program for a while, not just open and close it continuously. Superfetch works over time. On my machine Chrome opens faster than Firefox and IE even with my adons, but Edge opens faster than anything. Reason being, Superfetch, this is also with an SSD that has 1500MB/s sequential reads but Superfetch still loads Chrome faster than the other two because it's the first thing I open every day on either my work or home machine.
