How do you download a video that is embedded in a JW flash player

I recently got in an accident and have been doing physical therapy and yoga to help with the pain. I have very slow internet so streaming isnt an option for me. What i need is to download some videos off a site, but none of the normal methods of getting videos are working. Ive tried keepvid, offliberty, download helper extension on firefox. Nothing seems to be working. Theres no SFW link to grab and this JW flash player is a pain. When you look at the source code all that comes up is this:

/videos/smil/53000190-d198-4e3e-8e30-6b2c0a9aa0eb.smil

but when you try to put that link in, nothing happens.

thank you for the advice but that one doesnt work either =/. the arrow never lights up blue. i dont understand why these vids are locked up so tight if theyre given away free to begin with. the streaming player they use is HORRIBLE and doesnt preload the videos, so its impossible to play on slow net and even on fast net it hiccups a lil
