How do you check your resources with XP?

I have XP PRO and I don't know how to do it. It was easy with ME how to and it showed your percentage of resources left. Where do you find it with XP and how does it work?

If you also go to Start | Administrative Tools | Performance in XPhome you get paging, disk queue lengths and system usage. Not sure if this is also in Pro.

I don't see Administartive Tools anywhere

If you are the administrator of the computer then you can see it in Control panel.

Or u can use another software called sysmetrix.Its free and skinnable

easier way to get that is to just right click on the taskbar and click task manager.

I have a new prob. Since I had a worm as you may have read in another topic, NAV had to delete 43 files. I cannot even open my resources(Task Manager) anymore. I guess it was one or more of the files that got deleted. Is there anyway to get back these windows files that had to be deleted because of the worm?
