yeah, just make sure your passwords arent words in a dictionary and put on a good antivirus (http://free.grisoft.com) and a good firewall (if you can find Sygate around anymore its a good one)

AntiVirus is for noobs who don't know how to keep their computers clean. I have ran my WinXP box for years without a single Anti-Virus or firewall (besides the default windows one) and I've never had a virus/spam/spyware attack on my computer.

i wouldn't nessisarly(sp) say that. it depends mostly on what you do with the internet. if your going 2 b a perv and look at porn ur going 2 want anti-virus. if your often looking at hack sites and serial codes and what not you'll need it. if your going 2 click on pop ups alot ur going 2 need it or if u download alot of stuff especially directly from ftp servers i think you'll need it. I use it because i've been hacked/had a virus and i didn't go 2 any wrong sites that i knew of. besides wats wrong with getting a free low profile virus program besides a wee bit of resources?
