Well, you can connect the two computers and send the data through them, hook up the two to the same computer, or just copy the data over if you do not have a lot of it.

Is the other HDD completely empty?

If you are just moving to a larger hard drive the program that I use is casper XP from future systems solutions. This program copies your hard drive on the fly and can be used to keep complete working backups of your computer. As a computer repair person I use this program everytime I upgrade a hard drive and they want to keep the information on their hard drive.
