How Do I do This?

I have a Nikon D2x, fairly new to cameras, its not mine but I have access to it..Anyhow, I wanted to take pictures of my car..Just wondering how do people make pictures look like this..

That Benz is very nice. As far as editing the pictures like that to make it look that good my guess would be photoshop, coral draw etc.... I was never the artist type always into the security side. Just my two cents.

Those pictures are highly photoshopped, you need to have some skillz to do that.

The picture of the Benz almost looks like a drawing.
