How do I change my IP Address on Windows XP?

I don't think you can since all computers have their own unique IP, but if you used a software proxy , i believe it will change it for you. I forgot the name of it.

I think it's called PROXIFIER, look it up on google.

its the isp that assigns you your ip address unless its static in which case it wont change until you change isps if you want to desperatley change it phone your isp up and ask them to change it

If the IP you are trying to change is that from your ISP (the IP seen from the internet), it may be changed by disconnecting and reconneting your cable modem. If you can access the configurations for your modem (sometimes http://192.168.1.254 or http://192.168.0.254), on the status tab there is probably a disconnect/connect option. If you are lucky, when you connect back you will have a new IP.
