its a external card cause the back port is broken also the smaller cable is for power it plugs into the ps2 keyboard/mouse slot

the pc looks bad becuase it came from a smokers home and the inside was dusty as hell but i fixed that and it runs smooth(the removable drives didnt come with it,there 20 gigs each)
