Holiday plans?

Merry Xmas guys. Change of plan here, no dinner today. Sis forgot to take ham out to thaw and stores too packed to get stuff for it.

Sad to say, my sis is slipping.

I just took our Prime Rib out of the oven a short time ago. It's "resting" while we finish up the rest of the meal then it will be time to sit down and enjoy.

Had Honey Baked ham with every kind of side!! I think i am going for another piece of Pumpkin Pie!! MMMmmm..

I am still recovering from that stomach bug but it didn't get in the way of Christmas. We did finger foods this year and it went over rather well. A male friend of my mom (not a boyfriend as he is looking for a wife and she is not interested) didn't have any family in town and had nowhere to go so we invited him to enjoy Christmas with us. He seemed to have a good time, and he really liked the sausage ranch wonton cups that I made.
