Try restarting your computer

Follow these steps to do this.
  1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del, then tap the power button on the bottom right side and at the same time press the Shift key and click Restart on the menu.
  2. You will get many options on the screen, select Continue from the options there.

Try altering the related setting in System Configuration

  1. To open the Run dialogue box, press the WIN key and R key. Then type msconfig and tap OK to open System Configuration.
  2. In the system configuration window, go to Boot on the top, unselect the safe boot and click OK.
  3. Tap Restart to give your computer a restart and do the changes.
Follow these two methods to Remove Safe Mode on Windows 8 PC. If you want, you can run your pc in safe mode again.

I want to disable safe mode on Windows 8. But you don’t know how to do it.
Strange question or wish and even stranger answers.
There is no way you can disable it, you can only hide this option. I do not know why you should hide this choice for yourself. Also, it doesn't make sense to hide it from other users, because anyone who knows anything about a computer can restore it or run it in another way, such as using cmd.
In essence, Safe Mode means what Windows services you allow to run when Windows itself starts and means absolutely nothing else.
This Option makes it simple, You can start only all important sevices with one selection and one click. And all others will not start automatically. That's its meaning.
